SSH tunneling is required for the MoH UG project. To do that in that in this repo we have to update the base image to version 2.1.2 and then enable the SSH Tunneling feature flag.

This was enabled by manually editing the superset_config.py file in the server and restarting the container. We need a longer term solution of having this enabled via an environment variable.

Closing this issue since we have decided not to include Superset in this repo for now. More context on this in slack.
