Repro

  1. Navigate to ProjectMebership/:id
  2. Click "x" to remove access policy
  3. Click OK

Expected Behavior

Access policy is removed from resource

Actual behavior

Element persists. This seems like a general problem with the "Edit" tab, not just an issue with the "Access Policy" element
