The idea for Adding Table of Content to Readme.md to add additional enhancement and readability to the docs file.

So that hopping on readme file is quite handful and easy win 👍

Hi! Thank you both for your interest! For now (during Hacktoberfest) we are not accepting PRs for small changes on documentation, like adding links or table of contents. We hope you can work on another issue 🙂
