Nice writeup! respect for putting the wrong test name in the case study too, most people would’ve just quietly left that out lol To answr your questions: For me it’s mostly about being able to check stuff fast. If every claim points to an exact file and line, I can verify it in a few seconds instead of just trusting it. Would also help if it says what it actually found in the code vs what it’s just guessing Curious how it handles big PRs that touch like 20 files though. Will keep an eye on this one |

What does an AI-generated code change actually affect?
I've been exploring how developers can understand code changes faster without blindly trusting an AI-generated explanation.
I tested Meeba Brain on a real issue in the Composio Python SDK involving unresolved type annotations.
The analysis produced a structured review covering:
It also got one test name wrong. I caught the discrepancy when checking the output against the actual PR and documented it in the case study.
That is exactly why I believe evidence matters: AI analysis should be verifiable, not just convincing.

🔎 Original bug report:
ComposioHQ/composio#5022
🛠️ Proposed fix:
ComposioHQ/composio#5024
I reported the issue; another contributor authored the proposed fix. This case study is an independent analysis, not an endorsement by Composio.
I'd value your technical feedback
