[2.0] Link: Allow CustomMatch without Match.Custom

Allow CustomMatch to be defined without explicitly setting the Match.Custom

The idea is that if CustomMatch callback is defined, it is enough to know that we are going to use it to match the URL. We don't need to define the extra Match="Match.Custom" parameter as it is redundant.
