Currently 0.49.18, the Campaign Parts Availability doesn't change when you edit a mission.
I propose updating it when a mission is edited and/or when advance day is clicked.
This would enable things like changing a mission to a guerilla raid if the planet the mission was on changed hands mid-contract, or the use of edited missions to sub in for entirely created missions if someone only wanted to choose the mission type, rather than all the terms of the contract, still leaving most of the elements to random generation.

A bit of an expansion of thought to this idea would be [if possible] where it mentions your availability to have two different numbers. One just as normal, and another in parenthesis. The normal number being your present availability [based on contract/events/etc] and the one in parenthesis being your standard availability.
