Given that no sync-config can be added without a valid backupId, no existing config will have its backup id set to UNDEF
...even when one of them is disabled/failed. That's the current behavior in MEGAsync that we should honor (and in the future it will avoid many edge cases upon automatic activation of syncs when temporary errors are gone)
