cleanup: remove unused CMake modules #487

Description

These modules are not used by the project, i.e. there is no find_package(<package name>) for these files.

Type of change

None of the options, dead code cleanup.

How Has This Been Tested

Building the project yields the same result, the binary is compiled and runs.

Test Configuration:

  • Server Version: n/a
  • Client: master
  • Operating System: Arch Linux
