this project is use with chrome plug l Regular-sidebar-devtools when you just want use Regular-sidebar debug, this project you not have to install. when you also want to run npm task just in chrome devtools panel， you need do the following:
- npm install task-devtools -g
- run task-devtools in your Regular project
- now you can see the npm scripts task in Tasks panel
