[Refactor] Remove usage of 'Pipeline' in favor of 'App' #1246

Description

Removing the usage of 'Pipeline' in favor of 'App' class since we have deprecated the 'Pipeline' class.

Type of change

Please delete options that are not relevant.

  • Refactor (does not change functionality, e.g. code style improvements, linting)
