Annotates gene sequences with codon information and custom user sequences.
This program annotates sequences for user-submitted genes using data from Ensembl and outputs the annotation in a GenBank format file that can be opened by the ApE program (A plasmid Editor).
MacOS 10.13.1+ (OSX High Sierra or above) OR Microsoft Windows 7 or above
