Is the Apache 2 license only supposed to apply to the
rgettool or the project as a whole? If it only applies torget, then what's the license of the rest?If it does apply to the project as a whole (obviously excluding the third-party dependencies in
vendor/which already have their own licenses), then I suggest moving theLICENSEfile to the top-level directory to make that clear.
