Important Changes

this is the biggest change in our kits so far because there has been a lot of feedback from the community that has led us to rebuild the bootstrap as far as possible so that there is no longer an SPN for it but Terraform is executed via a group and personalized accounts. Furthermore, we have integrated a full possibility to provide the Docs Pages from Github via a UAMI
likvid-cloudfoundation . For tenant (subscription) provisioning, we offer buildingBlocks that have passed an integration test using terraform.
