Description

It would appear that #2312 caused the BLE name to stop showing all 4 digits of the last 4 of the mac address in the BLE name. I noticed this recently and loaded each firmware until I found when the issue occurred. 2.0.22 and prior correctly show the complete four digits of the last 4 of the mac address. Example: Meshastic_7175. While 2.0.23+ is only showing 3 digits of the last four, omitting the 4th digit. Example: Meshtastic_717

This is recreated on all of my rak devices.

Fixed by #2435 in 2.1.9
