docs: route real AT verification to AST-009
Home: reorganize into six sections with progressive disclosure Home listed 40 links across 7 sections while leaving 19 pages unlinked, so it was neither short nor complete. The hub pages that carry each cluster already exist (Component Lifecycle, Vibe Tests, Night Watch Overview, Research Archive); Home now points at them instead of duplicating their contents. - Home: 15 top-level links in Start here / Architecture / Building a component / Quality / Operations / Also. Nothing removed from the wiki — every demoted page is one click deeper behind a hub that lists it. - Add _Sidebar.md so the same navigation renders on every page. - Re-home the four pages Home was the only link to: Blog Review Rubric and Testing Example Apps from Contributing, Hardening Audit Guide from Component Lifecycle. Zero orphans after the change. - Fix the Contributing with AI Assistants link in Release Process, broken by a line wrap inside the [[...]].
Architecture: publish component cheat sheet and refresh references
Fix every piped wiki link: GitHub treats the text after the pipe as the page name
Home: surface the accessibility bar, the two protocols, and the vibe-test pages
Home: point at the ledger JSON, not a page that does not exist yet My earlier commit repointed this at the sandbox Component Scores page, but that page is not on main and the URL does not resolve — which the rubric now says plainly. Home should describe what exists today: the JSON, and the rubric section that explains how to read and write it.
Restore the Layer 3 design review and its form; the rubric still requires the form be archived

Ledger: the JSON is the only stored form; delete the generated table Component-Scores.md was a second copy of component-scores.json and went stale the moment the JSON changed without a regeneration. The ledger now has exactly one stored form (the JSON) and exactly one view (the sandbox page), which fetches it at runtime and can therefore never be out of date. Every page that linked [[Component Scores]] now links the sandbox page.

Publish the Component Audit Rubric Eleven weighted sections, four run modes, per-item verification class and severity, and the screenshot gate on rendered design judgment. Adapted from the source draft: cross-references converted to wiki links, the author-facing open-decisions section dropped, and the facts it asserts re-verified against main (VariantMap extensibility, the neutral gray token names, changeAction, story counts).
Add Night Watch Dead Code role New role for detecting and removing unused files, exports, types, and devDependencies via knip. Assigned to cixzhang, auto-PR mode. The detector runs out-of-repo (knip binary, config, and runner live in the operator's workspace) so nothing is added to the public repo's toolchain. Config is public-API safe: it reads each package's exports and bin as entry points and ignores CLI templates and vibe-test baselines. Scope explicitly excludes runtime dependencies (Dependencies + Quartermaster), apps/* deletions, and component conventions (Component Auditor). Updates the Roles table, role details, coordination schedule, and Home page links.
docs: add Blog Review Rubric wiki page
Add Design Conventions page Design-side sibling of API Conventions: the intention behind token choices (foundations), standard state representations across component archetypes, and how design quality is evaluated. - Wire the Contributing Design Review section and Home index to the new page - Component Auditor gains a Design Conventions dimension for the objectively-checkable rules (spacing grid, concentric radius, contrast, type hierarchy, motion safety, stacking); subjective visual judgment stays in Hardening Layer 3
