Test searching for utf-8 characters

which currently fails.

This was the actual issue in gh-50 and metacpan/metacpan-api#104
even though it was hard to tell because of all the mangled pod.

Actually this was a bug in this repo as the search term was being mangled before sending it to the api.
It just happens that there's enough mangled pod (b/c no =encoding is specified) that you got a result either way.
If you retry this search the results look much better.
