The Slack GovernanceProcess should listen for an event indicating that the post has been deleted, and close the vote (and notify the driver) accordingly, so it doesn't remain in pending state. This is an edge case. Typically only admins-- or one-- is permitted to delete posts made by other users (in this case, the bot user).
