V0.2 - Fixes and add formats

Fixes badly compiled v0.1 and add support for other format

• now is able to parse freemind and xmind format
• fix Vym support
• fix bad 0.1 release making "exit" before to parse (my bad...)

Note: freemind format need "pandoc" to be installed

First version - at this time you should never use "rich text" in Vym as soon as we didn't have any solution to manage markup ot markdown nativally.
