Copy typesetting declarations (htmldef , althtmldef , and latexdef) from set.mm to iset.mm. I went through set.mm in order, copying over every declaraction which is also found in iset.mm. Many were already the same between set.mm and iset.mm, others were not. There are a large number of miscellaneous changes. Some of the changes are: * add STYLE and ALT attributes (in the former case replacing attributes like COLOR) * reorder entries to match set.mm * change from CLASS=set to CLASS=setvar
