Purchase Candidates: show a proper error message when the partner aren't vendors

What is the current behavior?

If you create a purchase order from sales order, all the partners from C_BPartner_Product are shown.
But of course, is isn't a proper vendor, the purchase order is not created because aren't purchase candidaitea.
The Only an error in async (not visible enough) and it says: "No purchase candidates to enqueue"

Which are the steps to reproduce?

1. Go to sales order, add a new line and make sure the product has bpartner product
2. Make sure that the partner is not vendor
3. Go back to sales order - actions - create purchase orders
4. Add a qty to that bpartner and press done
5. Complete the sales order
   => note you will not get any purchase order
   => you don't get any message about the order not being created NOK
   go to async window and search for something like ""de.metas.purchasecandidate.async.C_PurchaseCandidates_GeneratePurchaseOrders"
   => error

What is the expected or desired behavior?

• Show a notification that says why that failed.
