can not open the manufacturing issue/receipt a second time

Current behavior

can not open manufacturing issue / receipt window a second time once I closed it

Expected behavior

should be possible as many times

Steps to reproduce

1. open https://w101.metasfresh.com:8443/window/53009?page=1&viewId=53009-0325e1d2b8e7433d92bf472e0a0ec21d
2. select order
3. click on "issue/receipt"
4. click on "done"
5. click again on "issue/receipt"
6. NOK: nothing happens. lots of errors in console
7. NOK: if you open another window like business partner the issue / receipt window opens

checking the issue with wiadev.
after a server cache reset the problem did not appear again.
also this is shown on console when clicking issue / receipt:
