Tutorial notebooks should be based on publicly available example dataset

Currently, the introduction tutorials rely on access to the METNO servers. As a result, they cannot be run, if there is no connection to our servers.

Instead, data used in the tutorials should be based on a publicly available example dataset that has a structure similar to our internal structure and that can be downloaded and installed by anyone from anywhere.
