Modified ioctl_cfg80211.c to make it compile for 4.13.0-16:

  • changed cfg80211_roamed call to use struct cfg80211_roam_info
  • removed u32 *flags parameter from signatures of cfg80211_rtw_change_iface and cfg80211_rtw_add_virtual_intf

@abhijeet2096 I'm quite short on time these days, I just made this quick fix in order to make it work for me after the latest update (and wanted to share w/ the others), so I'll have to decline. But thanks for the info & offer!

@yuvraj777777 4.14 hasn't landed on my machine yet. What's the issue (and is it resolved yet)?
