Support for Windows

On windows I get the error
ImportError: sh 1.12.14 is currently only supported on linux and osx. please install pbs 0.110 (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pbs) for windows support.

Installings pbs is of no use as there are imports only for sh. Can you add support for importing from pds instead of sh for windows platform
