Let's use the new IDL 7.0 icon from the IDL resource/bitmaps directory for the IDLdoc icon.

It would probably be smart to make our own icon and not use IDL icons at all. If only I had artistic ability...

I just realized that there is an idl.ico in resource/bitmaps. IDLdoc could use this without distributing it. I think that would be OK.

To clarify, I was thinking that IDLdoc would have to distribute the icon with itself to use it, but that's not the case.
