FitVitality

Please have in mind that the tools and software used are out-of-date and mostly not as user-friendly as somebody would want to. The project is simple and pretty clamped.

Also note that the website might be down on visit - that means that the project was made long enough ago. Information about the project can be found primarily and solely on the GitHub page.


FitVitality is a comprehensive fitness and health companion designed to help users achieve their wellness goals by providing personalized guidance, tracking, and motivation.

Features

  • Nutrition Tracking: Easily log and monitor daily food intake, with nutritional breakdowns for better dietary management.

Installation

  1. Download the latest release
  2. Install dependencies
  3. Open the installer and finish the setup

Usage

  1. Register or log in to your FitVitality account.
  2. Set up your profile by providing basic information such as age, gender, weight, and fitness goals.
  3. Explore the various features available, such as personalized workouts, nutrition tracking, and activity monitoring.
