Company CSV file showing contribs from wrong state

Looking at Mewbourne Oil in the CA 2012 graph. But the CSV file shows only contribs to TX Senate and House (for multiple years)

looks like the problem was that graph state somehow got out of sync with the menu. It was really a graph of texas

The company charts also show across all years for all states. I believe the idea is that the info card is static across graphs. The csv is of info card data, not graph. It's an easy change if we change the spec.
