Instead of running this command
conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia

Try running the following:

conda install pytorch torchvision pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia
conda install torchaudio -c pytorch -c conda-forge

Instead of running this command conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia

Try running the following:

conda install pytorch torchvision pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia
conda install torchaudio -c pytorch -c conda-forge

As you said, run this command:

conda install pytorch torchvision pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia

Problem solved. Go to here and choose the right option

conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio -c pytorch
