This PR adds support for property NewUnifiedGroupWritebackDefault
This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues
NewUnifiedGroupWritebackDefault is currently not supported by the DSC resource AADGroupSettings but is included in DirectorySettings per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/hybrid/connect/how-to-connect-modify-group-writeback#disable-automatic-writeback-of-new-microsoft-365-groups
