ColorPicker

Steps to reproduce

It a sometime problem.
When I want to use the ColorPicker, its shortcut often didn't work.
I must trun the enable button off and on to fix it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Press the key "Win"+"Shift"+"C" and use the ColorPicker.

❌ Actual Behavior

The windows didn't appear.

Press the key "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"C" and use the ColorPicker.

The shortcut should be Win+Shift+c according to your screenshot and its the default setting. Please make sure you are pressing the correct shortcut and see if the issue persist. 😄

Oops! It's my fault.

I am sure I press the CORRECT KEY but my discription is WRONG !
