Area(s) with issue?

Video Conference Mute

Steps to reproduce

Using a DELL dock, the system uses Logi C270 HD WebCam.
PowerToys is configured to use this camera for Video Conference Mute.

Once undocked, trying to participate in MS Teams with the internal camera of the laptop, it refuses to work. Assumption is, that PowerToys somehow interferes, because it only allows static configuration and does not cater for dynamic work environments.

There are many entries in
C:\Users\{{username}}\AppData\Local\Temp\PowerToysVideoConference_x64.log
like this example line
[15992][17.09 17:41:56] MicrophoneDevice::getDefault captureDevice is null

✔️ Expected Behavior

Integrated WebCam should always be available to MS Teams for video conferencing.

❌ Actual Behavior

WebCam does not work.
I would want to separate Video Mute from Audio Mute, thus being able to disable Video Mute entirely, as I don't need it at all. I just like toggling the Audio Mute. But I cannot separate it and now I have issues with the built-in camera, when undocked.
