This PR fixes n issue in the document status page where deletion and resubmit were not working. The folder was being used to trigger the delete and resubmit and so was failing because it didn't have the full file path, just the folder. I added a new value filePath in addition to fileFolder and used one for the display of the folder, and one for the functions
