How to using Fluent theme? #146

I try to apply Fluent theme as in the Fabric repo said in
https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-ui-fabric-react/wiki/Fluent-theme-in-Fabric-6

however as they mention they are using Customizer as Context provider to provide the setting of Fluent to the React tree.

Is it possible to apply Fluent with Angular-react?
