Describe the solution you'd like
When a user goes to Appcenter Organisation > People > Teams and creates a new team, team members should be added as AAD Groups. Prerequisite: Azure Active Directory is connected via Appcenter Organisation > Manage > Azure.
Describe alternatives you've considered
One can use AAD groups in distribution groups already. However, in order to manage permissions of Appcenter Organisation in large teams AAD group provisioning needs to be available on teams level as well. This will ensure that AAD Groups can assigned to Appcenter roles like Admin, Collaborator or Member.
