User Story

As a carbon aware developer, I know what functionality/routes are available given the different data sources and any special considerations when switching between the two

Design Goals

  • Clearly note which routes are supported by each data source
  • Note which data sources may be best for particular situations
  • Note special considerations one data source may have over the other

Acceptance Criteria

  • New readme added to docs folder
