fix: In Listbox/Select/Combobox the 'selected' indicator is not shown in the right spot in RTL mode (Fluent UI Web Components)

🐛 Bug Report

As the title says.
LTR display:

🤔 Expected Behavior

The blue selected indicator should be shown at the right side of the selected option

😯 Current Behavior

The blue selected indicator stays displayed on the left side of the selected option
