Removes the explicit tab handling in the Menu.
We know that React effects are sync so we always focus the menu trigger
when the menu is closed. Since the browser only performs the default behaviour for Tab once
events have fully bubbled up the window, the browser will move
focus to the next tabbable element before/after the trigger if needed.
If tab was not pressed, then we simply focus the trigger as expected.

Simplify Field's layout:
* For vertical alignment, use a single column grid with row auto flow (the default).
* For horizontal alignment, use a two-column grid with the label taking up the entire first column. All other children of the root will be placed in the second column thanks to the grid's auto-flow behavior.
* If there is no label, the label's column is replaced with an equal amount of padding. This keeps horizontal fields with and without labels aligned with each other.
* Place the validation message icon as a child of the validation message, since it can no longer have its own grid cell in the root layout.
* The icon is absolutely positioned in the validationMessage, and the message text is padded in by the width of the icon.
* Use `makeResetStyles` where appropriate to reduce the number of class names on slots.
The primary benefit of this change is that the `control` slot no longer needs to specify its grid area. This will allow a future change to avoid having to wrap the control in a `<div>` to position it properly.

Removes the explicit tab handling in the Menu.
We know that React effects are sync so we always focus the menu trigger
when the menu is closed. Since the browser only performs the default behaviour for Tab once
events have fully bubbled up the window, the browser will move
focus to the next tabbable element before/after the trigger if needed.
If tab was not pressed, then we simply focus the trigger as expected.

* If there is no label, the label's column is replaced with an equal amount of padding. This keeps horizontal fields with and without labels aligned with each other.

* The icon is absolutely positioned in the validationMessage, and the message text is padded in by the width of the icon.
* Use `makeResetStyles` where appropriate to reduce the number of class names on slots.
