python and pylance keep throwing errors: unexpected indentation

Just fixed the issue by reverting both python and pylance versions to the pervious version and the indentation error went away.
any ideas on whats causing this behavior?

• Full text of the diagnostics you're seeing.
• Version numbers of the extensions where you saw the issue vs. where it did not occur?
