add IDs for ESP32-C5 and ESP32-C61 #80

IDs were generated by the random number generator at https://microsoft.github.io/uf2/patcher.

For reference:

Neither of these chips have full USB support. How are you using UF2 with them?

@tannewt we are using a custom firmware for creating USB to UART/JTAG bridge. See https://github.com/espressif/esp-usb-bridge
