Describe the pull request
This PR adds more human-readable information to the nuget package that is pushed when using a Nuget source with Binary Caching.
What does your PR fix? Fixes Binary Caching: when pushing a nuget package, the description should have more information.聽#13570
Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?
All triplets are supported, because this is not specific to a port but to the Binary Caching system.
