    Fixes / Updates sqlite3 to 3.39.2

  • Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?

    no change

  • Does your PR follow the maintainer guide?

    Yes

  • If you have added/updated a port: Have you run ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committed the result?

    Yes

Installed locally from PR, added quotes to line 72 of portfile.cmake, it did write file correctly. Sorry, I mistakenly thought this was up to date when I did PR #26262

Fixed the typos 3.9.2 -> 3.39.2
