NerdbankMessagePackFormatter is missing in nuget package

Hello! I'm using Nerdbank.MessagePack for optimized SignalR data transfer and now also wanted to make use of it with vs-streamjsonrpc.

But I noticed, that the current version on nuget doesn't contain the NerdbankMessagePackFormatter class.

Would it be possible to push a new release to nuget, to include this, or should I just copy-paste the class into my own project?

You can get prerelease builds from our CI feed if you want.
Copying and pasting the source code for the class will not work, as a lot of other changes to the library were made as part of the new feature.

I'm not sure when we'll push the new version to nuget.org. Definitely sometime in the next couple months.
