Repro Steps:
- Expand a static web app.
- Right click "Application Settings" node and execute "Open in Portal" action.
- Check whether the "Configuration" page is opened well or not.
Expect:
The "Configuration" page is opened well.
Actual:
An error "Resource not found" shows in the opened page.
