after reload after uninstall extension reinstalled extension didnt work after i uninstall vscode reinstall vscode nothing change it always shows

I had invalid content in "python.experiments.optOutFrom"... which gave the same error message as this issue. However, after fixing this, it worked fine.

Does Python: Clear Cache and reload in the command palette work? (cmd+shift+p or control+shift+p on windows)
