Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.77.3
  • OS Version: Window 10

When having changes in a sub folder and that folder is selected, the bullet to the right is colored as if there were no changes.
I think it's only the blue color of the overlay which is too dominant here, but it's quite confusing.
