I'm using Operator Mono 16 pt and never had a problem but now it's bold

VS Code version: Code 1.90.0 (89de5a8, 2024-06-04T19:34:48.028Z)

Font weight is already normal. If I try to use a lighter font weight than the default, it seems to use a different font entirely.

Confirmed all is well downgrading from May 2024 -> April 2024. The above is how it should look.

Same issue for me. After upgrading from 1.83 to 1.90, it seems to ignore all font weight details.

I'm using "IBM Plex Mono UltraLight" and no matter what, it uses the heavyweight version of the font.

Downgrading immediately fixes the issue.

Same font (Operator Mono), same operating system (macOS), same issue for me.
Font rendering become drastically worse :(
And editor.fontWeight doesn't fix an issue with any value, with values less that 350 font become too thin.
