Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.90.2
  • OS Version: ubuntu 20.04

Steps to Reproduce:

Sorry, I do not know how to reproduce. It just come up again and again. It is really annoying. If you want to know what the bug look like, pls look at this video.
