Search no longer executes automatically upon Ctrl+Shift+F

• VSCode Version: 1.43.0 and 1.44.0-insider
• OS Version: Windows 10 19041.113

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a file
2. Highlight a span of text
3. Ctrl+Shift+F to search the project for the text in the selection
4. Observe that although the search text has been copied into the Search textbox, the search operation does not execute until you actually hit Return.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
