1. Fix issue #164: toolbar customizations are restored properly
2. Fix issue #192: calling convention for WNet function pointers
3. Fix issue #194: Stack overflow while building goto cache ...
4. Fix issue #198: Add missing Polish translations and fix original translation encoding
5. Old rc files are now available in master
6. Prepare and make initial submission for Microsoft Store release.
7. Fix overflow bug in wfdrives.c and uninitialized variable in wfcopy.c
8. New Feature: add ^w as short cut for windows close
