This PR:
Replaces the deprecated
owc-dev-serverwithes-dev-server. Sincees-dev-serversupport watch and auto reload, this PR also removes thebrowser-syncdependency.Updated babel, rollup, and other build tools to latest. Built and tested on supported browsers to ensure no breaking changes.
